What to Expect during Face-to-Face Counselling. After an initial appointment in either Holloway, Islington, there is no obligation to proceed if you prefer not to. As Client and Therapist, we can use the safe space to assess the current or unresolved past challenges for which you require Counselling. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel about working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling practice is right for you.
