How I Can Help You
Face to Face Sessions
What to Expect during Face-to-Face Counselling.
After an initial appointment in either Holloway, Islington, there is no obligation to proceed if you prefer not to. As Client and Therapist, we can use the safe space to assess the current or unresolved past challenges for which you require Counselling. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel about working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling practice is right for you.
Telephone Sessions
Telephone Counselling is like Face-to-Face Counselling but instead, it is over the phone. It can be a good solution for clients who wish to have their sessions without the need to travel to the therapist’s office. If you suffer from depression you might lose motivation and find it challenging to keep appointments. It is an option if you suffer from agoraphobia, anxiety, body dysmorphic disorder, multiple sclerosis, feel more comfortable talking about yourself without being seen.
If you are finding it hard to leave your house, let alone getting out of bed, you might want to try phone counselling for treatment. The same goes for people who travel a lot and cannot keep appointments, Telephone Counselling can be more flexible and fit to their schedules.
