Passionate About Inspiring Others

Having time to explore your thoughts and feelings in this hectic society we live today can be a rare comfort. Counselling services allow you to have a space where you come first and your thoughts, feelings and emotions are put in the forefront, in other words, every part of you is fully accepted.

I have 20 years’ worth of experience, dealing with a wide range of Mental Health Problems, Emotional Issues and General Well-being such as Depression, Relationships Difficulties, Loss and Bereavement, Anxiety, Stress, Affairs and Betrayals, Trauma, Identity Issues and Sexual Assault.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) working both in the private practice and in the voluntary sector aiding individuals in their psychological well-being. I work within the ethical guidelines of the BACP to provide a caring, neutral and respectful relationship to my clients to ultimately help you reach your fullest potential.

I intend to assist you in exploring your past and present relationships and allow you to gain more clarity and insight into any difficulties you may be facing.

This therapeutic relationship enables us to contain painful feelings that can be explored in a safe environment at your own time and comfort. This method of therapy allows you to be free from the shackles of your past and be in the moment, ultimately building a healthy relationship with oneself and others around you.

I specialise in dealing with: Youths, Parents, Cultural Issues and Ethnic Alienation. I also have experience working as a motivational speaker and as a family and individual conflict resolution facilitator. I also work with a minority population, the criminal justice system, schools, colleges, consulted on prominent boards within the local authority and empowering women projects throughout the UK.
